What is the max dmg for bows without requirement? - Guild Wars Forums

The best non-requirement bow is probably the Candy Cane bow from the Christmas event. This bow is 15-15 damage. Obviously, they dont drop anymore, but you should be able to buy one easily enough.

The Candy Cane Bow is a short bow though.
The bow my Warrior uses for luring is the quest reward for the pre-searing quest ' the hunters horn'
Longbow dmg 7-10, +15%^50, +10 health (no req of course)

Max damage I have seen is 9-13 for no requirement. Both my warrior and necro carry flatbows. Best place for these is the Charr in Ascalon.
